25 tips before you hit gym

Starting from this post every Wednesday I will be sharing tips to get healthy and fit and the day will be called Healthy Wednesday.

Here are quick list of tips before you hit gym

  1. Consult your doctor before hitting the gym. You might have a thyroid problem which may not let you loose weight no matter what you do. Also consult the doctor to know if you are ready to start pushing you body.
  2. You are not superman, so don’t try to lift anything and everything you see at gym.
  3. Your first day at gym should include only stretching and light aerobics.
  4. As you start going to gym, your body will ask you for more food. Do not fall for it, if you start eating heavily you are not going to loose any weight.
  5. Do lots of aerobics specially running and jumping ropes. Do your aerobics exercise at least for 30 minutes else you are not burning any fat. Read the rest of this entry »

How to be a person who is loved by all

We all love to be loved by others but to be loved by others we need to meet there expectations. These expectations are not big but pretty small and it accumulates as time passes. How do well you fit these expectations is all that matters. Some of the things they may expect from you are happiness, encouragement, motivation, and support. A person who is loved by all usually maintains a perfect balance of these. In this post we will see some of the do’s and don’ts.

Motivate :

Motivation is one of the most important aspects of human life. If you are man of your words, a perfectionist they will look up at you for motivation. To achieve this you must do what you say, do not be a loud mouth and claim to do everything under the sun. Be realistic, if you can’t do something accept it. There is no rule that a man should be perfect in everything.

Happiness:

A person who is happy is very attractive everyone loves to bond with them. Throw away your negative thoughts, try to be happy. There are times when your friends are sad and feeling low, if you can cheer them up they will simply love you. Always wear a smile, this way you are more approachable. Apart from being happy you should also spread happiness. Spread happiness by talking good and a have a good sense of humor.

5 ways to avoid stress

Let’s face it. Stress has become part of everyone’s life be it a young kid or a grown up man. It becomes essential to take some time out so we can relax. Over stress can lead to many problems on the long run. Hence it is good for us to keep stress far far away from our life.

Schedule yourself:

The primary reason of stress at work is when you miss your schedule or deadline. With boss stressing you to complete the work and time running out you can get really stressed. The best way to avoid this situation is to schedule your work. It is very important to schedule your work reasonably else you will only end up in more mess and hence more stress. Apart from a good schedule the most important thing is to follow your schedule. Be organized and stress will be miles away from you.

Be fit and healthy:

Another way to avoid stress is to keep fit. Leading a healthy life style can also help you keep away from stress. A body which is not trained can easily get stressed. I advise you to do some light exercise as soon as you get up from bed. You do not even have to hit the gym for that. Just a good 10 minutes of early morning exercise can do wonders in your life. Apart from exercise we must also maintain a good eating habit. Eating a lot of junk food just doesn’t add any nutritional value. It may satisfy your hunger but on the long run you are only accumulating more fat and less muscle. Your morning diet must include vegetable salad and never ever skip your breakfast.
